OK, so I wasn't sure where to put this, so if it needs moved, move it...
Anyways, I am looking for the following pictured bolt. It appears to the k member (maybe?) to the body of the car. It is shorter than the rest of the k member bolts, and if I remember correctly, 18mm (socket size)
If anyone has this, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know, as I am missing the one from the drivers side!
Thanks!

I would try the dealer. You will be able to get it in 1-2 days and at least you know it won't fail.

I need a bit more information. Is this the bolt that holds the lower control arm on? Is it in the front or rear?

There are four bolts that hold the crossmember to the frame the dimensions are:
M12x1.75x92 49 THD and the GM part number is 10234622.

i went to the local GM dealer, but he said the biggest bolt (socket size) on the front of the car was a 12mm, this is 18mm

I show four bolts holding the K-member to the frame. Can you get another picture but a bit further away so I can tell where this bolt is in relation to the k-member? The size of the bolt I listed (M12x1.75x92 49 THD and the GM part number is 10234622); the M12 is the diameter of the bolts shaft not the head where your socket goes. The head of the bolt may very well be 18mm.
