Never liked Grand Sport Stripes, even on the actual Corvettes. Looks tacky, in my opinion. Leave it.

Is your car a 96 Corvette Grand Sport? If so they would look great....if not then in my opinion NO.

I just dont like them, but then again I dont like the CETA mod on anything except a CETA....

meh, i like mine...

they were originally used to distinguish the cars out on the track, i guess with mine, it identifies it from the BILLION other red camaros running around

I'm not really a fan unless it's a GS or old old race car. If your gonna do it, DO NOT do it on both sides. That was never officially done and looks like kaka.

I like it if done correctly (ie: Tom Henry Camaro's). Also do not do it on both sides, blah.

if each stripe is 3.25" and spaced .5" and angled correctly they look fine but ive seen to many people screw them up by angling them not enough or to much or putting them to far apart or to close together. when i do my phantom black camaro ill have the 2 gs stripes ghosted in with white pearl and you'll only see them when the sun hits it at the right angle. im in the process of getting the pearl reduced to perfection and my minijet at the right spray pattern so they arent blotchy or uneven. ill post pics of the test fender when i finish it.

I don't like them on F-bodies...it looks good on C4-C5 vettes, but I don't think it flows well with the Camaro lines.

If you do only one side, the people who don't know about them will question it, if you do both sides, all of the car guys will know you're wrong and question it....can't please everyone. In the end, you must do what you like and ignore the rest of us. You have to live with it, not us....we just get to flame you when you do things we don't like!

yeah 3.25" each stripe with .5" spacing in correct on everything. your just going to have to play with the angle to get it where you like it. afterthoughts auto makes the decal kit for them if you want decals but paints the way to go for me. im ghosting mine so they have to be painted lol.
