Default 350 to 5.3 swap

I have a 1974 FJ40 Landcruiser with an early 350 and TH400. I'm thinking about installing a 2001 5.3 in it, wondering if the engine will bolt up to the trans, if mounts are the same, if the torque converter I have will work. The 5.3 has all the wiring and the computer, anything else I should make sure to get at the same time? Thanks for any help.

It will bolt you you will need a 6.0L flex plate, but a 5.3L dished can be made to work. The converter should bolt to it.

Should bolt in provide you make adapter for the Gen III 4 bolt hole engine mount to the 350 Gen I three holes.
