Default check engine light comes on and flashes

my engine starts to mis and seems like it is going to cutoff when you come to a stop the check engine light comes on then it flashes. Im getting misfire codes so i started checking plugs and wires the plugs are ac delco iridium's and are black and i have msd wires and im getting low voltage code for bank 1 and it think there was a fuel metering code but ill check and see need some help asap

the check engine light flashes for a misfire, i would start with the common things first, plugs, wires, etc...check with your scanner if it has a misfire counter for the cylinders and see which cylinder is highest, and if the tune up dosent solve it, change the coil for the high misfire count cylinder

Sounds like an O2 sensor. Post the DTC codes you are getting.

put a new o2 on bank 1 and plugs ngktr55 gaped at 60 old ones are a/c delco and the ones in bank one were black but bank 2 are whitish brown and still has a miss when you hold it at 2000 it has a vibration and you can here the miss

You should not only be changing plug but confirming that the plugs are actually sparking. Check for Spark and Fuel on each plug and injector, then worry about the sensors or codes.
