Default running on 4 cylinders

89 formula 5.0 TPI a4, its running on the driver side 4 cylinders, getting spark and fuel any ideas?

Are you sure you're getting fuel in those non-firing four cylinders? IIRC, TPI systems are bank fire.

yeah its getting fuel, do you think it could be a grounding issue? thanks for the help by the way!

I would check for loose grounds and make sure the injectors are getting a signal from the computer.

Check the injector circuit fuse under the hood, there are two of them, on for each bank.
Mine shorted out behind the pass side head after a trans swap. The wire didnt look bad until you pulled off all of the loom off of the harness and looked real close. I had to pull the intake to get to it.

yeah I'm gonna check a couple suggested things tomarrow at work thanks guys, and when I find it I will post what the problem was.

thats what I did, we finally found it! It was the Injector 2 fuse. Something simple we just over looked but still really happy its done! Thanks for all the help guys
