Default Good Muffler Shops in Oceanside Area?

Anyone know of a good Muffler shop in the oceanside and surrounding areas. I have a set of mufflers i want to put on my c5 and was quoted 30 dollars per pipe to weld on each side and than 65 per muffler to install. So 190.00 to hang 2 mufflers, is this a good deal for Cali? Im just use to Florida prices i guess. Back home i would get that price with the mufflers included, but im supplying the mufflers. Jay

I've never been there myself, but a bunch of my friends from the San Marcos area recommended RPM (Richards Performance Muffler) in Vista off Melrose.

All had full custom exhausts done on anything from an '03 Cobra to an '04 MR2. The work looked very good IMO.

Dunno about pricing though.

Well, I got a complete custom system from the Y-pipe and back, including a slowmaster muffler for 900 at Ace Muffler in San Diego.

well i am down south of you a little but i was quoted $50 to install a cutout by a local guy so i really cant see someone charging you more then $100 for both of them installed. It is a&a muffler in poway if you are interested. He does good work i remember watching him weld an exhaust for a kit car with a buick 3.8T motor in it and fit and finish was top notch.
