WARNING AGAINST PAINTING PARTS
If you are going to paint a part like a hood,spoiler, etc. do not get it wet sanded,it looks about 3 times better than your factory paint and looks like crap.

Aparently he wet sanded the hood and/or spoiler and it looks much better than the orange peeled factory paint....hence it stands out like a good looking sore thumb......
looks like somebodys gonna have to wet sand the whole car now....

well if u have 80% of the car with the crappy factory paint job..then 20% with a real paint job it won't go together at all and look really bad.

He's got it, sorry i didnt make that clear, the shop painted the hood too well and it made the rest of the car look like crap, and yes wet sanding the whole damn car is what im going to do...talk to ya in a month

That's why a body shop is more than you think.
They have to fade the new paint on one half on a panel in with the other half, make the color match and if the exsisting paint is old, make the new paint look dull and blend that in while actually forcing themselves to spray more clearcoat than needed to make the clearcoat look as crappy as it does from the factory but not to point where you can notice.
It's tough.
