Hey guys ok here is what i have, i could use all the help possible!!! I currently bought a 1999 firehawk (110k) and the guy told me when the clutch gets hot or what not it wants to stick to the floor.....
But here is what I can tell you!!
The trans was susposbly rebuilt and also new clutch and all components about 15k ago... I know the trans has been out because you can tell some one didnt put all the wires and all back right and there is silicone and stuff around the tranny.... but here is what its doing...
the clutch pedal is not really firm at all... its real easy to push, if your just driving normal it never really sticks or anything... when you get on the car 1 to 2nd it dont really stick but when you can get it in 3rd if the clutch lets you it sticks then but does not slip any at all.... and it does stick to the floor for about 15-20 seconds and comes back out while messing with it.... so today i bled on it a little (for about 30-40 minutes) and got some clean fluid in it, the pedal still feels the same but it feels like it really dont want to stick now as bad but it still does....
-also sometimes the car dont really want to go in first until its about completely stopped....
-But keep in mind the clutch never slips....

Im just not verry sharp on the t-56's so i was just looking for some input, because i know the pedal should be firming and what not....

Thanks for your time!

I had the same problem a while back. Put a new slave in and it no longer stuck to the floor. Do you know if the hydraulics were ever updated?

I don't really know what all was done hydraulic wise, or any of that I'd have to look back at the recipt.... How hard is the slave cylinder to change???

The slave is a pain. You have to drop the transmission to get to it.

Change the slave and the master while you are there.

the recipt shows, that it had a tranny rebuild, slave cylinder, clutch and all....
do you think my master cylinder could be the problem????
