Default Which Gears??

I just bought an auto 01 Z28, it has all bolt ons and a small cam. Also has a fuddle 3400 converter with 3:42 gears. I am planning on switching to the yank ss3600, which gears would you recommend for this setup. Also may spray a 100 shot from time to time. This is not a daily driver, so gas consumption isn't the end of the world. Thanks

Default I already bought the ss3600

Iv'e heard many great thing about the ss3600 so i bought it. My car is currently running 3:42, so i am asking if that is a good ratio or if the gears should be changed while the car is in the shop. I want the most out of the converter, I'm running 315 nitto DR's.
