smoked taillights melted warped
i have had my ls1 taillights smoked on my car for a good year. and today i noticed they were a bit melted, where the tail light it self is . they bow in towards the bulb. i have read some people have had problems with the covers but not much on smoked. i left my reverse lights unsmoked but now that i know they are fubar i keep looking at them so i need to get some new ones. im debating on lt1 or another stock ls1 set. how do the lt1 lights hold up to being smoked?

i didnt leave mine on all day at all . in fact i only drive to work which is 25 minutes in the dark so only the running lights are on not the brake since im on the freeway.
any more info on this and why it happens? its like a dam song stuck in my head , now when i look at my car its the first thing i look at. i wish there were a decent set of led lights for these cars.
