Default Fuel feed line o-ring split

Anyone know where I can buy a new oring that goes inside the quick disconnect part that connects to the rail?

I was told I need to buy the entire hose which is part number 10423252. Its 85 from the dealer, or 48 dollars plus 52 dollars shipping from gmpartsdirect lol!.

What options do I have? Can I just cut that off and convert it to a different aftermarket fitting?

A lot of the parts stores carry a brand name of Dorman, they make all sorts of "OE sollutions" parts. Hard to find stuff that you used to have to get from the dealer. They make the quick connect sockets in a variety of styles and sizes. I am sure you can match something up as they have them brand specific, GM, Ford, Mopar etc... and either change the socket out or rob the spacer and o-ring from it. I have had to do this a few times in the past.

Found the part at NAPA.

How did you take the piece "Oring" out? It seems like it would be hard to take it out without ruining it.
