Cruise Information
For those of you in the area, the intial meeting will take place at the Walmart in Seekonk, MA, right off of Rt.6 (Fall River Ave) at 6AM we will be leaving and meeting up with blackout (mustang club) at the rest stop where 495 and rt 2 meet at 7AM, we have a good hour from this point to all cruise together to the track before gates open. anyone else needing to meet up between the two points please contact me, we will try to group you together.

We'll be meeting at the Mobil Station at exit 31 off 495.

i believe its $30 for the entire day... and yes i would get there as early as possible, there is always cars lined up before the gates open

and last i went there were alot of cars, but it wasnt unbareable, i went there with about 10 guys and they all made plenty of passes in a relatively short amount of time.

what do you call plenty of runs we where hot laping on a wedsday and got 10 or 11 runs in by dark

we got in quite a few, i think maybe right around there...to me thats plenty, how many passes do you need? plus you get to go up, watch the guys run, its all in good fun and really will be unpredictable til we get there anyway

and i prob would have done up chevyfest, had i been paying attention lol but this date seems to work well for everyone...plus Blackout Racing (local mustang club) has switched their end of the year cruise to early morning the day of this test and tune so that they can come play. should be fun.

Depending on the Tech guy... some will bust your balls for not having a snell appoved helmet, others will let it slide entirely. Better to have it though and prevent any issue!

well if I have to ill be probaly the only guy there with a lavender purple helmet.

(bought my girl a $300 helmet insted of fixing the dent in my fender) I must love her if I was willing to do that ay.

ya she wont do the jewelery thing its great but she loves motorcycles snowmobiles and cars. she is upset that they wont let her ride along in the car on runs because its to fast for a passenger.

well I am going to show up with my sled helmet full face use to be dot and snelld but the emblems are gone, my girls icon that's all approved and such but man is that thing tight. and if nether of those will fly ill have to find one.

it spun through first and I was shifting it like a old man. also i hit my rev limiter and rode it out through the traps way out so could have done better if i shifted to 4th.
this was all on bfg g-force sports 275/40-17s and weighs in at 3670 with me in it.

the second and third runs my car was totaly crapping out and breaking up. I think i have water in my tank or some thing its just all screwed up i am so pissed.

over all though every one was real cool and murda's car looks awesome in person come a long ways from the v6 it was.

it sounded like u had traction issues, the cool air is always awesome to run in, but the track gets coldand u spin, u really need a good set of DR's to run in this weather...sounds like u guys had a hell of a time tho!

ya it was real bad out of the whole but that had to also do with my driving and i was on street tires with 34 psi in them.
