ABS being goofy after rebuild. Few dummy lights??

ABS being goofy after rebuild. Few dummy lights?? I got my car up and running a few weeks ago I have only driven it about 30 miles since I still need to do a few things. When I take ethe thing out for a short cruise the pedal is very mushy, the "abs inop" light in the very bottom left hand corner of the cluster comes on and the "BRAKE" light for the e-brake. Just wondering if this is from the brakes needing to be bled again or if may have something to do with the hose from the intake to the check valve on the booster.
