Default Trailblazer SS gets blown away !

I was travelling down hwy 2 on the east side of laport In. and I see a red camaro with T tops off that looked real nice coming my way onto the hwy so i slowed down and he pulled up next to me and when I saw the roll bar and the 5 point harness I had an idea it was going to be something sick . So I nailed the TBSS and this monster stood up and walked away like I was standing still . We ended up pulling over down the road and i got to meet the guy ( itsjustaSB ) great guy who has was quick ride . He said he has run 11.10's and i believe it . My trailblazer SS is AWD with a Magnuson supercharger on it and my best time has been 11.983 in negative DA with a temperature outside of 42 degrees . I happen to have my daughters boyfriend in my TBSS with me and I thought I was going to show him the looks on someones face when a 5300 lb brick smokes a street race car but the tides were turned on me ! If i was going to get beat by someone , i could not have been beat by a nicer fellow than itsjustaSB .

yeah, really good thing you had the bottle opened and a good fill/pressure or that could have ended badly.

TBSS's are a good snack - almost as good as Goat.......................

Sounds like great runs for both of you.

I wouldn't put a 6L LS2 goat in the same league as the 06' TBSS with the same setup...

Nice death. Sounds like you have a strong running TBSS.

By the way, TBSSs (AWD) "only" weigh around 4800 pounds.

Hahaha. I love seeing threads like these. Just members of the board out for a day, run into a race and find out they're a member of the same board. Such a good time.

It seems as though the turd members of this board have finally left for a change. (knocks on wood) I love this place when it's friendly and everyone isn't out for an e-dick measuring contest.
