Default Bushing lower control arm:Help

I want to replace the Bushing on lower control arm.
Any suggestion ,please?

Go with Moog replacement from stranoparts.com, they are 1LE solid rubber (as opposed to the star type stock).

I have problem with pushing out the bushing.

Use a large socket the same size and a vice. Put a block of wood in the control arm so the vice doesn't crush it.
