Paint & Body Work - How could I fix this?

My front bumper has all of these little dots and some chips everywhere..

Could this be fixed by wetsanding then a good polish? How strong of a grit if so?

Needless to say, it kills the shine on the front bumper. I'm guessing it's all little dots from pebbles and stuff that've hit it, and the chips are just, well, bigger rocks.

Lol yes it is razor, running stronger than ever. Just gotta fix this bumper!

Had the same thing on my Black TA bumper after 6 years. Took it to the body shop, they called it "peppering". All little ding marks from stones and such. Only way to fix it up, is to re-paint it - and thats exactly what I had done. Car looks brand new again with just the front mask re-painted!

Interesting. How much did that run you?

If you sand it yourself, it would probably be like $2-300 for the paint
