Cam What cam would be great on price and still produce a nice amount of power and be streetable i want to reach at least 400rwhp on a port job on the stock heads and a good cam is this possible?

Going to need a custom grind with some LE or Ai ported stockers to reach the 400rwhp mark, an off-the shelf with locally ported stockers won't get there.
