User Support & Resources - Can a mod fix my itrader rating?

I sold a car a few days ago, and the buyer PMed me and told me that he accidently gave me a neutral and that he PMed a mod to fix it, but nothing as been fixed yet... Can anyone change it to positive for me please? Feel free to PM LT1Domin8 to confirm that the transaction went smoothly.
