Could I get a deal on the Hals without the rear shocks?

The front shocks, springs and spanner would be $410.95.

how adjustible really is the ride height with them hal shocks?

I haven't measured the height different but you should be able to get at least out of them.

How is the strenght/quality of the SLP gears as say compared to the Superior/GM gears? In the market for a set of 3.73's. Thanks Tom!

We've sold alot of these and haven't had any issues with them. They are at leasts as strong as the GM gears. GM stopped selling those through the aftermarket.
