Default H/C car with full bolt-ons - pass inspection?

I have a full bolt-on F-body with a mild cam, ported heads and will need to get a NY inspection stricker soon.

I don't expect to fail the NY test - Is this correct?

FLP headers w/ cats
220/220, 564/564, 112
LS6 ported heads, milled .055
ported TB
85MAF
LS6 intake
Hooker catback

As long as you have good tuning I don't see any reason why you shouldn't pass.

Cats = yes

the long tubes are an obvious mod and the cats are further back than stock...

Tuning is currently no, but I plan to get this before the man checks my baby's breadth...

...I heard folks run less than a quarter tank of high test and put tons of alcohal-based injector cleaner in the tank to run less emmisions....this works too right?

Robert, sorry I can't tell and not sure where Hartsdale is, but are you going for NYS emissions, or just the general inspection?

EDIT: Nevermind, just read your second reply

I passed inspection 2 months ago with my setup without a problem, and the T1 is a pretty damn noticeable cam. Guy even asked me if I did the headers myself.

Emissions I'm not sure of. I know these 112 LSA cams have a dirty idle, though IIRC a Jersey member passed sniffer with a T1 and longtubes w/cats.

...not really sure if I need a general inspection or a NYS emmissions test.

...i think my wife took the car to a gas station to test it last year....i assume that one was a genral inspection....

Are the NYS emmissions test required every three years or so?
