OLSD idling help
alright i've been playing with the tune a little, just to get the idle to be correct (i'm going to let the shop do the WOT and all that other junk) anyways on my wideband the idle always stays around 11.2:1 i've messed around with the VE to see if it would change or anything but it constantly stays at that AFR.
the car has 60 pound injectors and i got on HPT website to compaire my numbers (just for the injectors) against country boy's file (he also had 60 pound injectors) both of our numbers were the same, again ONLY used his to compare my injector scaling numbers.
my VE is my stock VE up to 105kPa with a stock cam.... so i was thinking it should all pretty much be correct?
anyways could someone look over the file and see if i'm missing something?
thanks in advance!!

i see the table your talking about, should i just adjust the 400-800 table (which are at 1.277) by like .95% ?
i was lowering the flow rate vs KPA just to see if the 11.2:1 would change, nothing happend. i think the sensor may be messed up? go LC1 yay!

i had lowered the min IPW all the way down to .091 and the AFR stayed around 11.2:1
i put a new sensor on and recalibrated it and everything. i know the sensor works becuase i tested it out and everything with the butan like the troubleshooting papers say to try, it passed.
so i copied over country boy's injector stuff and now the idle AFR is around 11.8:1 so it's going in the right direction now...... but that's as far as it will go
let me upload the newer file right wuick

What PCM OS are you running or what year is your car? Also what tables are you adjusting the VE's? If so and you see a secondary VE table try adjust the secondary table if you are tuning with the MAF unplugged.

car is a 2000 camaro, used to be with the primary and secondary VE table's but once you switch over to a 2Bar it just gives you the primary VE, also i dont have a MAF, sold it to some guy and it's on the other side of the country now
the VE tables i havnt touched as it's all basically a stock car minus the turbo and 60 pound injectors

yep, if you are having issues with A/F, and you entered the Inj flow rate numbers correctly then the only thing left to tweak is the VE table. Since you upgraded OS's then just make adjustments to the primary table. I would only make about 5% adjustments at a time until you get it right. Also remember that the car will act differently when the motor is cold vs being warmed up. It may read lean at first then richen up after some time.

You are at 2.3mS at idle; want to get that to about 1.9-2.0. I have good luck with the 60s at 1.9 on stock cars with power adders.
The VE is not what is wrong here. Log and notice that even after reducing VE, you minimum pulse width at idle is still at 2.3ish.
You need to adjust the the min pulse tables and adders appropriately.
