Going to ZAINO a GTR on thursday (9/25)!!! Some of you might remember the C6 Z06 I Zaino'd a few weeks ago, well the same guy who owns the Z06 also just recently bought a new GTR and wants me to do that too now. I was happy as hell as hell to get that job, and now I'm even happier to get this one and am really excited to see how it will come out.

As long as the weather cooperates, I will be doing it on thurday and will definately take a lot of pics of it.
Heres 2 pictures of it I took a few weeks back the day he got it. I guess you could say the before pictures, even though its still pretty much brand new. lol

Its definately a lot easier to do. lol..
But I still have to do a lot of work on it. Zaino has this kit for like $120, and i'm using most of the stuff that comes in that kit on his GTR.

Will do. The Z06 isnt stock though.. Its got a cam, headers, CAI, and tune (I might be missing something else though). It put down 540rwhp at New Era a few weeks ago. The owner and his son just got back from a track at Michigan last week with the GTR and I guess they said it won the event. They said it handles much better than the Z06, and would definately beat it on most tracks, but the Z06 would rip it apart in the streight line (drag race) stock. The Z06 went 10.9 on stock tires a few weeks back after New Era put the mods in it. Theyre going back to the track tonight (NYIRP) and entering both the Z06 and GTR into a competition there. The Z06 will be in the 10.5 - 11.5 class, and the GTR will be in the 11.5 - 12.5 class.
I have looked inside the GTR for a minute or two.. and it comes with back seats, but they are just extra weight. If you think the rear seats in the F-Bodies are bad, these are much worse. They literally have 2in of space inbetween the front and back seats if you want the driver and passenger to sit comfortably.
Personally, I like the Z06 better, but I can give an honest comparison and review of the both of them.
I'll let everyone know more as I look into it more.

Something came up yesterday, so we have to reschedual. I will hopefully be doing it sometime this weekend, but he wants me to wash and put another coat of wax on his Z06 too, and possible wash and wax his Trail Blazer SS too. I'll post pics up as soon as I detail it for you guys.
