Group Purchase Requests - MGW Short Shifter

Anyone in? Everyone who has tried these swear by them(Even over the mighty PRO5.0) and I'd like to give one a shot. Regulare price is $199 I believe. Please post if you are intersted.

I'm in but are there any sponsors that have them? I thought you had to go straight to MGW and I don't see them on the list, unless I missed them.

I'm willing to do this if they can shave off some $$

I've always been in for the MGW F-Body shifter, you bet I'd be in for a group buy once its officially released

I imagine he's trying to recoup costs.. even though a group purchase would definitely send these off the shelves... it would limit their profits.

although i'm waiting for the group buy if that means anything

I think that if there isnt going to be a group buy but Ill buy within the next 2-3 weeks so I can have my shifter when I get back from redeployment and put it in the very first night Im back. :lol:

That is what he said, they need to make back all the money they spent on R&D.

Hate to bring old threads back from the dead, but did anything ever happen with this? I am interested in a GP as well.

MGW wont do a group buy because there is too much demand and too little product according to George.

Talk about zombie threads but its been 4 years, think maybe 1 of the sponsers could get a deal going now? There would probably be just as much interest in a group purchase now as there was then. I'm sure the've recouped most of their ls1 R&D costs.

Buy something else and get a less quality part. I just installed my Mgw and was very sceptical before hand. I promise you won't regret just buying the thing.
