Negative Trader Feedback - 3800RS aka kimberly webster where is my money?

3800 RS bought a set of brakes from me. They were lost by USPS. The buyer claimed it was my fault and filed with paypal. He was given a refund through paypal. An insurance claim was filled on the brakes. USPS found that they were sitting at his post office and were not delivered for some reason. After that phone call, they delivered his brakes on September 2nd. It is now September 25th and he has not paid for his brakes!

That is the next step if the buyer does not respond.

Update: Paypal will be opening the buyers claim for an appeal since clearly Kimberly Webster received the item and received a refund. They are giving the buyer one more chance to return the money before taking it from his account.

Paypal reversed the claim and decided it in my favor however Kimberly Webster still refuses to pay the money he owes me. He still has not returned the messages sent to him. I have a confirmation that he did get the message and read it.

Looks like the next step is going to be either to file a federal mail fraud charge since the package went through usps to him or calling his local Suffolk County police department‎.

Go for the federal charges. There is no such thing as parole for federal charges. You do all the time. No early out for good behavior.

Dude that blows...really blows after people on the other thread made you to seem like you were a "SCAMMER"

ive heard both sides of the story on various boards, if you will make contact with the seller, and attempt to resolve this like they said, maybe it could be resolved.

What way do you suggest to contact him? Email doesn't work. He won't return a phone call. He doesn't respond to messages online. So what do you suggest?

I think the best idea came from another forum and that was to take this to court. How can you dispute this case when you received a part from me and clearly have not paid for it?
