Is the Head of the Bolt stripped? Are you in the process of installing Headers and you are taking off the Manifolds right now?

Try 9/16 and 14mm 12 point and 6 point sockets, see if any fit tight and if they do try to pound them on straight as possible. You may be able to grab it like that. If not, Sears sells some pretty good bolt removal tools.

I had some of the Pacesetters strip on me. I was able to carefully grind the Heads of them down with the Dremel, and then got the Header to move a little and popped what was left of the bolt right off. Then I took the Header off and removed what was left of the Bolt. The fcked up thing about it is that it came right out by hand..

See if that will work for you. If you can't turn it by hand, Vise Grips will work.

^^Yea.. try what he said first. If that doesn't work, mine definatley will. Grinding **** always works a hell of alot better, you don't even have to really worry about fckn up the Manifolds either.

The front one on the Passenger side is pretty much a Stud.. I'm pretty sure that is the one that the Alternator Bracket goes on..

You need to put the car up on jackstands about a foot and a half off the ground and they should slide right up in from the bottom.

He might have to jack up a side of the Engine a little bit..unbolt one of the Motor Mounts, and jack that side up.

That's always possible depending on how consistent Pacesetter is with their manufacturing. I have installed two sets and both went right up in.
