What is it Worth? - 2004 GTO with salvaged title and 17k miles

I am thinking about buying a 2004 red GTO that had had some rear suspension damage and a quarter panel damaged. The car has been repaired but it still has a salvaged title. What do you guys think it is worth if it drives right and has no existing problems? The car has just a little over 17,000 miles on it. It has the red and black interior with 5.7 and a 6 speed. I am pretty sure the car is bone stock with no aftermarket parts.

UPDATE:

The guy was not completly truthful on why the car has a salvage title. The car was originaly issued a salevaged title due to damage incured in Alabama during RITA/KAtrina from what carfax has.

Carfax doesn't say it was flood damaged but what other damage would have caused it to be totaled then. I also checked it with ebays vehicle history report and it didn't show it to be totaled due to water damage but it did say becasue of storm damage.

Dude pass on the car, if the guying is already telling lies walk away from it....Storm damage can be water damage it doesnt have to say water damage...
