Default Quick photoshop question.

I see a lot of photos mainly wedding pictures where the corners of the pictures have small fading black borders. How do you do this in photoshop? Ive been looking at borders all morn and they arent what Im looking for. Sorry if this doesnt make since. Ill try to find a pic like Im talking about. Anybody know?
