Where could I get a set of these gears? How difficult are they to put in? I know it's gonna screw up my speedo, but I can get someone to fix that right? Anyone know where I could find some? Any answers would be appreciated.

Here are a couple of sites with installation information.
The main thing is to have a press available (or a local auto shop that will press the bearing for you) and a dial indicator gauge.
And lots of patience, of course.
BOL.

And yes, the PCM will have to be told about the new gear or both your speedo and your shift points will be mucked up.

You have a series 2 carrier then. This is important as a series 3 carrier has different spacing on the differential.
Order ring and pinion for series 2 carrier. You will have a torsion rear diff so once you loosen the cover and the old gear oil comes pouring out. Find a little bolt on the diff itself. It should be like a 5/16th's head. Remove it and then remove the 1/2" Finger plate that it was retaining. Remove any traction control senders at the wheel backing plates if there is any. Remove the brake calipers. Push the axles in and catch the little retaining C clips. Now slide them out. Now the ring gear/differential is 4 bolts away. If it's stubborn to come out take a metal rod and place it in the channel at the bottom and one end behind the diff. use it as a lever to get the diff out. I used the bar used to spin the motor out of my engine stand. Worked great.
