Default 98+ brake upgrade?

hey guys i did a lil research and found out that i can put the 98+ front brakes on my 94 camaro.. now i got the spindles, calipers, hubs, abs wires, and caliper braket off a 01 3.8 v6 camaro for only 60 bucks from a you pull it junkyard in pa.. okay now the question will the lines on my car now work with the new calipers and will the abs wiring plug into what i have in the car now???... i heard the lines will be to short... also heard that i can use c5 lines that they bolt up... can you guys just clear this up for me thanks

i believe you are correct with the c5 lines, not positive though. to be completely honest, i am drawing a blank with the abs. i will try to get back to you tomorrow if i remember. i would have personally went with kore3. they sell brackets that allow you to install c5 z06 calipers and others up front. requires a 17inch wheel though.

The lines you have will work, C5 lines will work as well and give you a bit more clearance.

I'm assuming you are changing the hubs. They should be the same so there is no reason to mess with the ABS wiring. Just plug it into the 98+ hub.
