Default White intake

Would it look bad if I painted my intake white?

I think it would look alright.

Gloss White FRCs with black lettering and Gloss Black Intake would look better IMHO.
FRCS: Fill in the "CORVETTE". Paint them Gloss White. Paint the lines and "5.7L" black and place black "Trans Am" door plaque where the "CORVETTE" was.
I think someone on here did this and it looks awesome.

Maybe. But if you painted the air intake lid to match it would probably flow much better.

Maybe too much white. You should throw in another color, i.e. black FRC's to accentuate the intake.

we were going to do one on a nbm ss with white 35th stripes. he has alot of white under his hood now, but i almost think the intake would be really hard to keep clean down in some of those cracks and around the injectors.

but it would look nice!

Yeah, i agree that you should add something else in there to set it off. Like, some black FRCs w/ white lettering or something like that. Then, that would look a whole lot better.
