Florida Members - dRILL mOD hELP

Does anyone know how to do the drill mod or has anyone done it im having some problems with the 2>3 and 3>4 shift and i read the sticky and according to whoever wrote it (the write up) the drill mod will/should fix my problem if anyone knows how to do this in the Ft Lauderdale or Miami area pm me or call me @ 954-849-1355 ill hook you up money beer whatever you want please help me i want my car to shift gears better and id screw it up if i tried the drill mod myself

-take a small punch to the pin holding the braided line to the master cylnder.
-pop it out and put the line out
-take a 1/8th inch drill bit and drill out the restriction
-when i did mine i held it upside down so the shavings would fall, btw brake fluid will spill out.

Install University is actually written up pretty well, haven't been able to do it though.
