Default Screw traction problems

Well Ive been pretty upset at how my car was 60ft'n so I snatched up a pair of SS rims and some DRs for the track! I paid $200 for them DRs still have decent tread. Hope they help alot. LOL I dont have to hope..I know it will help!!!!
Ill try and get back to the track tomorrow and get some real times. So far my best pass was a 2.24 60ft 13.90 1/4th at 101.5 mph.

About 3000. Tried a few different things, Any lower the car falls on its face and anything above it just roasts them. I have to pedal it to stop the spinning at 3,000. Killing my 60s

Im hoping for 13.6-7s with a good 60. I weighed the car last time I was at the track and with me in it, it is right around 3600#s. With a 102 trap that should put me just under 300 rwhp according to the HP calculators.

^Sounds like me, 1200rpm, chirp chirp gone, best 60 I've cut is a 2.2. On 275 Riken Raptors, shitty tires.

The guy just dropped off my rims and tires. They are 315/35/17 nittos on SS rims. Traction shouldnt be a problem anymore.
I was also cutting 1.9s with my LS1 auto. 1.8s with my old 97 Formula 6spd on DRs

Anyone local want to trade the SS rims for some WS6 rims?
