Default Fuel Additive Safe?

I noticed at the gas pump that you can buy fuel additive mixed in with the gas when fueling, and that this is supposed to clean the valves and injectors. I looked for any vehicle specific instructions, but didn't see any. Is this safe for 4th generation F-bodies?

How many of you buy the additive with the gas?

Try Googling "Fuel Additive Review". I read one a while back that said some work, some don't. But none were harmful to our cars

yeah that additive will not hurt anything. it is basically a detergent that breaks up built carbon and oil crud that forms over time in the intake system.now how well it works, i would definitely research it on the web.
