Default 365, 4l80e, COS3,2barmap efilive

I have a computer for my project car, I had a base tune for FI put in,COS3,2bar. It was originaly a 347 HC ZO6 cam 317 heads, 4l60e trans, 60# inj. pt76gts.
As projects go, a few things have changed, 365, 9to1 FI short block 317 heads z06 cam, 4l80e,60# inj. DP fuel system. pt76gts.
I have efi live commercial,(that I'm just learning) Can i start my car on this tune, run it to check for leaks ect. without any harmful effects? or should I put it on a trailer, and take it the 1.5 hr drive to the original tuner?( who hasn't called me)
THANKS

As long as the injector flow tables are correct, it won't hurt anything to start it on that tune.
I would post the tune on here or EFIlive's forum to get an opinion on the IFR tables.

How much will the 15 cubes throw off the ve table? the trans is a 4l80e. will it just go to failsafe and run in 2nd gear? Can I click and paste 4l80e program on the co program and reflash?

The 15 cubes won't be a problem. GM didn't even change the displacement going from 5.7 to 6.0. I've looked through many 6.0 tunes to see if they're all the same. So far haven't seen any different.
That being said, the fuel table will be off some, but for start up, and looking for leaks, as you stated, it won't be a big deal.
Now, the change from 4l60e to 4l80e will need to be modified. BUT, if all you want to do is start it and look for leaks, then the trans tuning won't matter either. If you wanna go out and drive it, then yes, it will need to be changed.
