race this rsx?

race this rsx? So this kid by me has an rsx with no turbo or supercharger. He has heavy engine mods though. Supposidly he runs on 110 octane or nitrious. He wants to race for money ($100). He says he can run evos and stis. Should i believe this? Its a n/a 4, could it be this fast?

If he can beat a STI which i beleive they do 11 seconds or so stock then you don't stand a chance unless hes lieing which is likley. If he dosn't have a turbo then theres no way his RSX can run a WRX STI. I don't see him gaining 150hp from just bolt ons Even if it was a Type-S theres no way. Stock it barely runs a 15 second quarter.

If $100 is a lot to you, I'd say don't. If it's pocket change, meh do it, see how you fare!!

if you go on club rsx, you see all these posts of n/a rsx's killing calls like mustang gts and stage 4 cobalts. o and the kid said he ran with a c6 zo6. Idk maybe when you get a rsx you imeditly become a really good **** talker. And he does have nitrous.

Spray him and shut him up. Usually (not always the case), one must put $10G's into cheaper imports before it breaks 11's. See how shitty of a driver he is....most kids that challenge me cant drive a stick worth two and a half *****.

I killed off one of the 200 hp RSXs with no trouble. I'll go with the crowd that has a hard time seeing a N/A challenge a V8. They're the kind of light car that feels fast and sporty, right up until you see the tail lights of a F-Body or Mustang go flying by you.

My girls brother has a turbo rsx running 10psi and ran a 12.5 he had a 100 shot on it before the turbo and ran a mid to low 13 so if the guy can drive it may be a good run dont think youll have a prob with your mods though

race him. if he's stock, he's not even low 13, maybe 14.5 I killed a stock one before I hit 60 mph. Tubo is different, they could gain a full second and be in the mid to low 13's.

ran a new zo6? yaaa.....no hes full of it. that means hes got more than 500hp or makes up for it in weight, which means traction problems. if it was on the highway the zo6 pulls HARD from 60 to deep into the 100's....think his rsx can do that? not a chance in hell.
beat him, take his money, then laugh at him.....then if he had a gf, which is highly unlikely, take his gf. even if shes not hot, take her anyways hoping she can cook

So i figured out how this kid was beating so many cars. He was supercharged with a 200 shot. He kept blowing his belts so he took the supercharger off. Now he just runs a 200 shot. I guess i will race him. If i start to lose i will just cut the wheel and run him off the road. World would be a better place with one less ricer.
