anyone have any Ideas? So far I've replaced the intake gaskets, Injector orings, and checked like crazy for any vacuum issues! I get about 59 psi when I checked the fuel pressure today while at idle. Im at a loss here. Whats my Next option? Replace the Bank one 02 sensor?

I think I may have, It seems that the hose that runs from the ls6 valley to the side of the air intake manifold might have been the culprit. It was apparently letting too much air get sucked from the engine.

I put a slight kink in the line that was just enough to restrict airflow just so slightly and noticed the car immediately started running way better at idle and no longer stumbled. Im probably going to source a stock pcv valve tomorrow and put that inline with the air intake end of the hose to reduce the wideopen flow effect that had.

header gaskets leak? throw a fuel filter at it. o2s switching? did you check the manifold
for cracks? air leak at iat or other hose leak?

solved the problem, It turned out that the catch can was letting too much crank air into the intake manifold causing the lean code to pop up. I put my stock pcv valve in right after the out line on the catch can and boom problem solved, gave me enough restriction!!!! car idles great, shifts great, and flat out hauls ***!!!!! Thanks for the help guys!
