i have one. buts its for a 3:08 and lower gear. if your car was 2:73 stock it will work perfect. if it was a 3:23 gear stock then all you need is the mr gasket spacer. $100 plus shipping. worked perfect when removed.

I have an Auburn diff out of my '98 Z28 if you're interested. It's a 2 series carrier but it has 3.23's on it with a ring gear spacer at the moment.
