fuse issue one of my fuses keeps blowing. when it blows the radio doesnt work, the clock resets at 12:00 everytime i turn the car on, and the reading lamps dont work. I have taken it to be fixed twice and it costs me 42 dollars both times. It happened again so i got a fuse tester and all the fuses appear to be active. What is wrong?
