I am planning on adding to my mods that I have already a set of motive 3.42s, pacesetter lts and the ory and a tune hopefully from texas speed. Do you think that would be enough? I really want to get it in the twelves, I am hoping those mods get me there.

Some tires would help out tremendously. Get yourself some drag radials and 12's will be there for you.
Will that be enough to take a C5? It depends on the particular C5 and the driver.
Those mods will give you enough to beat some stock C5's.

Agreed, tires = 12's
As for vettes.....
iffy.....dependent on other driver.....and even bigger "if" from highway speeds
aerodynamics and weight are against you there

You should be pretty close, but keep in mind it doesn't take much for a C5 to run in the 12s (see my sig)

An A4 C5, yes you should be able to win.
M6, no. He'll pull past you (assuming he can drive) after about 70 mph.

I am thinking from what I am reading, that I am gonna have to cam and stall my car to get it where I want it.

I have found most C5 owners don't know how to drive a stick very well. I usually beat M6 C5s by 3-4 tenths at the track with my A4.
