Defcon5 security has been breached. great for us though some awesome official info leaked to us. anyways just gives us more time to plan out our options for next week's ordering start!

So no spare tire is available with the SS?


Edit: Nevermind, I see it comes with tire pressure warning and a sealer and inflator kit

it may have run flats if it doesnt have spare tire. thats the way BMW M3's are. but i could be wrong.

Damn, the only thing that's not available on the 1SS that I really want is the auxilary gauges :ripped:. I may have to go with the 2SS now.

And, do you guys really want your dealers installing some of this stuff? Like, headers and stripes? I'd get mine back and the stripes whould be crooked and they'd have crossed the O2 sensor wires...

These are not the final customer versions of this stuff. FBodFather had already confirmed that it has mistakes. As for the gauges on a 1SS, they will be available as an accessory OTC.

C'mon! I posted rear tire pictures about a month ago.

Why are they putting 19 and 20 inch rims on the Camaro? Performance would be better if it came with 17's or 18's. GM, don't be a follower, be a leader.

With the size they made the wheelwells you have to have that big of a wheel to fill it, otherwise you will end up with a tire with a huge sidewall which will hurt performance even more. i think i remember hearing stock tire diameter is around 29"!! Thats way taller then stock 4th gen size

factory performance mods are great for warranty, but they rape you for labor and about 3-4x the cost of the same mod anywhere else

1) spare tires are optional on all '09 chevy cars, they come with an inflater thing standard...
2) i noticed on the order code page that the camaro is now an "E" body, not an "F" body... wonder y they couldn't use the old code...

No blue what so ever for SS. WTF
