After reading I understand I need to desensitize the misfire table (where/how much please), cancel out 3rd gear lock up (where), and raise the 4th gear lockup mph (again where). Going to copy a few repository tunes and compare the trans. sections.

assuming you're using hptuners...
when you log, take notice of the change in rpm/mph during wot.
since there's more slip, you'll be at a higher rpm. your shift tables reference rpm and mph, so what is happening is you're hitting the rpm, but not the mph to command the shift.
lowering the mph for the wot shift should do it. i usually edit the full throttle shift speed as well as the 90 and 100 values on the part throttle shift speed.
your lockup settings will be in the auto tcc section of the transmission section - apply/release speed - normal.
since your converter is a 9.5 inch unit out of a 4 cylinder car with a tiny lockup clutch, its probably a good idea to really cut back on the lockup. like under 25% throttle.
p.s. don't hold your breath over at the hptuners forum, cantalope kid. i don't think hptuners has enough resources to answer all our questions.
