ACTUALLY, NO, they won't. You have to cut out the baffles in the in LS1 valve covers to fit properly. Found this out when I tried to install my LS1 valve covers on my LS7 heads, THEY WILL NOT FIT as a direct bolt on, they need to be modified from what I remember.
