I have been considering many RWD cars, but none seem to offer everything I am looking for like this. Of course I love the C5 but it doesn't have enough utility. Sure I love the GTO but I am not crazy about the handling or the look... I have heard the CTS-V has a weak rear end that can give out on stock power and has no upgrade. Is there one yet? Or does someone have to replace it with another OEM? Is this enough of a flaw to keep someone from buying one? Are there any other weak spots of the car? Because this thing handles very well, brakes well too. And they are getting pretty cheap as well. So any input?

didn't keep me from buying it....like any car, you abuse it, things will break....you try and hit 0-60 under 5 at everylight.... your gonna bust a diff, just like you use launch control on a gtr and you blow a tranny  ....and in reality there is a bandaid for it....it's the wheelhop that really makes these things blow.
