Manual Transmission - anyone use advanced auto slave?

my brand new GM slave went out less than 5k after the install... and wasnt able to get a refund or new one through the warranty,, advanced has one from "Perfection" and it looks pretty much identical, but has a year warranty and is only 78 instead of the 140+ gm wants. anyone ever use this slave? know if its crappy or the same as the gm?

need to know asap,

I put one in when I did my clutch swap and haven't had any problems yet. I did the swap about 2,000 miles ago.

aight, what type of clutch did u put in?

the one at autozone is a the gm one. im pretty sure the advance one is to

the advance slave is an AP which is aslo the GM one.

so the advanced/autozone ones are just remanufactured or something?

i think there is only one company that makes the slaves for gm. so there all the same i think.
