E cut out install. Know good shops in PA/NJ/DE?

E cut out install. Know good shops in PA/NJ/DE? Got a DMH e cutout for the Monte 2 months ago.
went to 3 shops. Will not mention names.
One said he has never done one.
The other tried to sell me an e cut out will not do work only.
third one was about to lift the car by using the rocker panels, I told him to stop explained he said it will be ok. I told him thanks but no thanks and left.
Philly metro area, NJ, or DE is a go.
