Default tick performance

they sent me the wrong parts for my 6th gear synchro and then questioned whether they sent me the wrong parts by making me email them a pic.did all that and now i haven't been able to get a hold of them for the past three days.I know it was 4th of july and all but still.....i need my ******' parts.

That is pretty much industry standard for any part that a customer thinks is the wrong one ect. As far as the answering the phone thing, im not sure. Have you left them a voicemail? There is several people that work in the office. Tick is a stand up company. I am 100% confident you will be taken care of just fine. Good luck.
