LPA PERFORMANCE

Good afternoon,
I placed my initial order for a Strange S-60 rear end for my 2002 Camaro. Right from the get go, Carl's willingness to help and knowledge with the product was great. I asked questions ranging from minor to major, and Carl answered everything with great detail. He offered suggestions of do's and dont's. I listened very carefully and followed his instructions, and suggestions. That being said, I took my Camaro for the first rear street drive this past Sunday. Launched the car off the converter (4500). Needless to say the car reacted great, launched very very hard, and was very impressive. At the end of the pull I had an issue with has been determined to be a lug nut failure. Well if that was not bad enough, the wheel coming damn near off, ruined the brand 1 of new strange studs, and strange axle cap. Monday morning I came into my shop, and started the tear down. Called Carl, and with in minutes he ensured me that the studs (all 5) and the cap would be replaced under warranty. Not being a failure of his parts he still went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Not only that but he took care of all this not even being in his facility!! I asked him to charge me whatever he needed to, and Carl declined. He really took care of this.. Amazing person, amazing knowledge, and I will continue to be a LOYAL customer of his through any build I perform.
