Default TT Performance response?

I pm'ed matt at TTP and he said to give him a call about a 12 bolt, I called 4 times and left messages for him to call. I never received a call back and ended up going with another sponsor. Thanks anyway Matt.

This was over 2 weeks ago Matt, i spoke with a female all 4 times and she said she would take a message and have you call back. No big deal, i was just looking for the best deal at the time, you had a sale going and i wanted some guidance on what to order. I am not saying that i would never order from you guys but i wouldn't call as many times next time. Sometimes customers are just impatient a-holes.

dudas: If that is the case I do apologize. Customers shouldnt be impatient a-holes, they should receive a timely response which does not seem to be the case in this matter. I do apologize and hope your purchase went through successfully!

Service from TTP was first rate on my Kooks headers. I got them in less than a week.
