HP Tuners where is my tracking # I ordered my hp tuners over three weeks ago and i still have not recieved anything. I have been trading e-mails with Keith and he keeps telling me (in a nut shell) that it is on its way but will not give me a tracking number. PLEASE send me a tracking numer.

has anyone else had similar experiences with this company? better or worse??? i am thinking of ordering their product, but i can not even find a phone number to call them, and now this news...

I have had great service from them. I have upgraded a couple of times and they have been quick with that as well. Something unusual has happened with your order I would say, I haven't heard of people having problems with them.

Was it shipped to a PO box?
The majority of our orders have been going out the day after they were placed.. but we have had a few orders in the past month to odd addresses that have had issues.'

well i ordered mine on march 8th ..paypal cleared on the 14th..still no product but..i was given a tracking number and ups lost a whole bag of there shipments on march 16th 17th.... thats what keith told me ..they were waiting on a reply from ups on there trace but i am out my money with no product yet....so i hope this gets cleared up ...i ordered there tuning program because they did have a good rep and lots of positive feedback on there product.... from this board and other places as well..i hope this gets taken care of in a proper manner..

Mark, I believe UPS has issued new tracking #'s for all of the units that have gone out on that day. If you check your tracking # should no longer be valid. I'll see if I can get the new tracking #'s tomorrow and have them e-mailed out.
Ordered Feb 13th and received it Feb 16th
