HAd a issue with my stall converter not locking up anymore, called Kevin at TCI and told him the story, the converter was 6 months old, but i only had it in for 3 months , he took my word for it, no questions at all who i bought it from or anything, ( now that is flat out awesome) and said he would build me another converter for my truck with no charge, he's even shipping me another one so i dont have to go and change it out twice. Top notch customer service and very easy people to talk to, . As long as i have a a4, TCI will be by choice for converters. i cant imagine driving a a4 without a stall anyways..

i never had an issue with mine but between the price/customer service that i'd heard is why i bought my tci
